dale cohen designstudio is a full service interior design and decoration firm whose specialty is with people who are looking to transform their lives from the inside out. From the structural to the decorative, Dale B. Cohen works with her clients on translating their wants and needs into reality.  Her specialty is in luxury interior renovation, design and decoration that create calm, elegant environments that reflect each client’s style.  Schooled at the University of Michigan where she received a Bachelors of Science in Architecture and then a Masters in Architecture at Yale University, Dale started her practice in Los Angeles before moving to Manhattan in 2000. She fine-tuned her skills as the senior designer for Ingrao, Inc. and then Jamie Drake Design Associates. At Drake Associates, she was responsible for the renovation of Gracie Mansion, where she was the lead architect and head of the team that handled the 12,000 sq ft restoration of New York City’s mayoral residence.

In 2005, she launched her eponymous firm and today she also has a design and lifestyle blog, “BACHELOR by d.a.l.e.” where she shares her experiences in designing for men. Although men may know what they want in their home, they need an experienced designer who can work with them from conceptualizing their space to moving into a completely outfitted home.
